Property Management

The journey to property management began in 1997 with a 2,200 sq ft house, built 1990, previously bank owned and required extensive rehabilitation.  It wasn’t until 2010 we included properties owned by investors whose properties we assisted in acquiring. 

It has been almost 25 years since we started property management and we still take care of each property as if it is our own, whether it is finding a tenant or fixing a leaky faucet.  

Since 2015 we have migrated to cloud-based management system, which allows the landlord 24/7 access to their rental properties' records.
