AC Real Estate Services was established in January, 2006.  Angela Chu, the owner, received her salesperson license in 2001, and broker’s license in 2004.  Before forming AC Real Estate Services Inc, Angela was the deputy broker assisting Norman Cox, her mentor and managing broker at Coldwell Banker Town & Country.   Angela’s grandmother moved in with her in 2002.  In order to keep an eye on grandma, Angela eventually resigned and moved the practice home and started AC Real Estate Services Inc.

Angela has a B.S. degree in Applied Mathematics and minored in Computer Science.  Of the many paths she took before she became a small business owner in real estate, she garnered extensive experience and knowledge working with people, understanding their needs and assisting them in reaching their goals.

Together with RE Brokers Melinda Liu, Esq, and Yale Huang, they cover the neighboring three counties, LA, OC, and SB, both in residential and commercial real estate.
